The professional will collaborate with technical experts, business leaders, startups, and external partners to convert emerging technologies into scalable commercial propositions while mentoring innovation teams to enhance the overall pipeline quality.

Daily responsibilities include spotting technology and market trends, guiding early-stage venture development, creating strategic investment recommendations, and conducting market validation activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging market, customer, and technology trends to build a growth opportunity pipeline
- Develop and refine business models, commercialization pathways, and value propositions
- Lead customer discovery, market validation, and opportunity assessment initiatives
- Support early-stage venture development and incubation for innovation topics
- Establish success metrics, milestones, and learning plans for strategic bets
- Own a strategic innovation domain such as AI, Energy, Robotics, Industrial Automation, or Mobility
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, ecosystem, startups, and customers within the assigned theme
- Draft strategic recommendations and investment theses for emerging opportunity areas
- Prepare and support reviews for Incubation Boards, Innovation Councils, and leadership teams
- Evaluate innovation opportunities for scalability, business potential, and competitive differentiation
- Coach innovation teams to strengthen the quality of the innovation pipeline
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related field
- Bring 5 to 8 years of professional experience in venture building, strategy consulting, innovation, product strategy, or technology commercialization
- Demonstrate experience in evaluating market opportunities and constructing business cases
- Possess exposure to emerging technologies and deep-tech domains
