- Experience in a B2B organization operating at $1 billion to $5 billion-plus revenue scale
- Hands-on or strategic familiarity with cloud data stacks such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery and AWS or Azure data suites
- Familiarity with enterprise MDM platforms such as Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy and Profisee
- Documented success leading large data migrations or MDM implementations across several business units
- Ability to translate technical topics into business value, ROI and strategy for C-suite executives
- At least five years leading managers and architects who report to you, plus a history of recruiting and keeping strong engineers
Qualifications
- Experience in fast-growing environments with restructuring or frequent mergers and acquisitions
- Experience creating a data mesh or federated design in hybrid or multi-cloud settings
- Understanding of how to prepare core enterprise data platforms for AI/ML infrastructure
