This professional acts as a core team leader driving operational planning for request for proposals, bid defense sessions, and global third-party laboratory partnerships. The position suits a seasoned clinical research leader capable of analyzing study protocols, supporting business development teams, and guiding internal and external kickoff meetings. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, tracking departmental metrics such as capacity and turnaround times, interpreting assay specifications, and shaping proposal budgets alongside laboratory and proposal colleagues. The chosen candidate will also represent the company at industry events, author scientific publications, and contribute innovative solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Requirements
- Fifteen or more years of experience in the contract research organization or laboratory sector

- Practical background in operational protocol analysis, budget review, and clinical trial execution
- Familiarity with clinical development operational delivery and feasibility within target therapeutic areas
