This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad leads multiple agile software engineering teams at Experian, delivering secure, high-quality software aligned with product roadmaps. The senior engineering manager develops team talent, manages performance, guides technical delivery and works with product owners on the technology roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-performing software engineering teams and help attract top engineering talent.
- Provide guidance to multiple agile teams on sound development practices.
- Work with product owners on technology roadmaps and sustainable platform design.
- Manage team performance and development, and keep products under management compliant with security standards.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience building mission-critical, high-volume transaction web systems.
- Expertise in .NET and React, and microservices delivered on .NET Core, Node.js and React.
- Hands-on AWS experience, such as CloudFront, S3, Fargate, EC2, Lambda, SNS and SQS.
Qualifications
- Experience with Flutter apps for iOS and Android, and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- AWS certification is preferred.
