SEEK is seeking a Sr Manager - Commercial Ops Excellence to lead critical business programs spanning transformation, change management, productivity, and growth across the APAC and Asian markets. Responsibilities

- Manage project tracking from start to finish while identifying and mitigating delivery risks
- Collaborate with analysts to produce datasets and reports that drive prioritization and forecasting decisions
- Develop steering committee documentation and present to senior leadership
- Create and execute small-scale experiments and pilots prior to broader rollout
- Assist country leaders in adapting regional strategies to local markets
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in management consulting, strategy, commercial operations, or growth
- Demonstrated history of launching initiatives that measurably enhanced revenue or operational efficiency
- Proficiency in building business cases and prioritization models using imperfect or incomplete data
- Quantitative modeling and analytical capabilities spanning micro-level tactics and broad strategy
- Background in formal program governance encompassing risk management and steering committees
- Cross-functional stakeholder management experience spanning finance, product, sales, marketing, strategy, and operations
- Possession of the eligible right to work for this position
