This full-time, on-site embedded role in Bengaluru at Bosch builds a custom Simulink code-generation environment for automotive embedded software. The developer adapts TLC templates, integrates generated C code with the Green Hills toolchain, configures build systems, and validates generated code and interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a custom Simulink embedded code-generation environment.
- Adapt TLC templates and integrate Simulink-generated C code with the Green Hills compiler toolchain.
- Configure compiler, linker and build scripts, and develop Simulink libraries and blocks.
- Integrate hardware I/O, CAN/J1939, diagnostics and NVM services, and debug across the pipeline.
Requirements
- Strong MATLAB and Simulink model development experience.
- Practical experience with Simulink Coder or Embedded Coder.
- Strong embedded C programming, including memory layouts, compilers and linkers.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- A BE or B.Tech in E&C or an equivalent field.
- Good to have: MISRA C standards, Green Hills MULTI, and automotive protocols such as CAN, J1939, UDS and XCP.
