This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai is for a backend or full-stack developer who builds hybrid on-premises and cloud enterprise data platforms at Experian. The engineer builds Java and Spring Boot services and REST APIs, runs applications on JBoss and Linux, works on AWS data pipelines and maintains CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build microservices, REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Build and optimize data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, and troubleshoot production issues.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, JBoss and Linux or Unix environments.
- Experience with AWS services including S3, Step Functions, SQS and DynamoDB.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Engineering.
- Nice to have: Pentaho, and React or JavaScript frontend exposure.
