Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of comprehensive data center construction programs across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Facilitate critical decision-making sessions and workshops with technical leads and executives
• Serve as the primary communication bridge among internal departments, external vendors, and global partners
• Maintain the accuracy of program schedules, dependencies, and risks within program management software
• Translate complex technical updates and infrastructure metrics into concise executive summaries and dashboards
• Establish operational structure amid uncertainty and proactively resolve cross-functional bottlenecks

Requirements

• Ten or more years of program management experience in an infrastructure-focused or technical organization
• Advanced proficiency in Jira Plans and Smartsheet for managing dependency-linked schedules and multi-program portfolios
• Demonstrated capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without possessing direct authority
• Extensive background in organizational change management to support rapid scaling and pivots
• Foundational technical understanding of data center deployments and critical path requirements for infrastructure rollouts
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale builds involving multiple vendors across the entire program lifecycle
