Nagarro is seeking a remote Staff Engineer - QA Automation to join its global digital product engineering organization. As part of a dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture, the person in this role will focus on ensuring the performance, stability, and smooth integration of enterprise workflows. This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced quality assurance professional with a background in cloud-based enterprise resource planning systems.
In this position, the engineer will lead the creation and execution of automated testing architectures, with a specific emphasis on Infor M3 CloudSuite covering distribution, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain modules. Responsibilities include building regression and end-to-end test scripts, handling defect tracking, and integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support agile releases and cloud updates. Nagarros team operates globally with over 18,000 experts spanning 40 countries, delivering digital experiences and products across multiple mediums and devices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for Infor M3 CloudSuite modules including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Distribution
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for end-to-end business processes, regression testing, and interface integrations such as APIs, EDIs, and third-party applications
- Utilize compatible test automation tools such as Infor Coleman, Test Automation framework, Tosca, Selenium, or Python and Java-based suites
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution while collaborating with developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support agile release cycles and frequent cloud updates
Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of software quality assurance experience
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of focused experience working with Infor M3 CloudSuite implementations or similar cloud-based applications
- Possess proficiency in test automation tools, scripting languages like Python, Java, or C#, and API testing including REST and SOAP
- Bring hands-on experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
