In this capacity, you will own the technical direction of tooling and standards for approximately 2,000 endpoints, establishing a GitOps-based operating model and introducing responsible agentic AI guardrails. You will act as the final point of escalation for complex macOS and Windows endpoint incidents, pilot new systems, and ensure operating system updates deploy safely. The company maintains a fast-paced, demanding environment that prioritizes collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical roadmaps for the Device Infrastructure Services team during its transition to a DevOps operating model
- Lead the adoption of responsible agentic AI across the device team by establishing autonomous operational guardrails
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for high-severity endpoint issues involving macOS and Windows machine-level diagnosis
- Partner with security, IT, and product units to build custom solutions and assess new tooling options like MDM migrations
- Conduct Customer Zero initiatives by stress-testing internal products on company endpoints prior to customer release
Requirements
- Possess at least 7 years of IT and enterprise endpoint management experience
- Include a minimum of 2 years working at a senior or staff individual contributor level
- Demonstrate strong scripting and infrastructure-as-code abilities using Bash, Python, and Terraform
- Show working knowledge of endpoint security fundamentals including encryption, vulnerability management, least-privilege enforcement, and compliance frameworks
- Bring practical experience utilizing AI tools to accelerate IT operations while managing operational risk
