  • Establish high technical standards by performing code and architecture reviews, and by providing mentorship to team members.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional background as a Machine Learning Engineer.
  • Solid grounding in core machine learning principles covering deep learning, optimization, ranking, and recommendation engines.
  • Demonstrated history of launching personalization and recommendation systems into production within high-traffic environments.
  • Proven capacity to bring ambitious projects from conception to fully realized production solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python alongside familiarity with machine learning infrastructure tooling.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional practice.
  • Direct exposure to or hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, agentic systems, or other modern AI methodologies.

  • Performance-driven compensation structures featuring outsized impact multipliers, bonus schemes, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • Comprehensive health insurance covering 100% of employee premiums and 90% for dependents.

  • A flexible lifestyle wallet designed for wellness and learning expenses.
