Responsibilities
- Manage the complete design lifecycle for novel financial offerings from early ideation through national rollout
- Establish the visual and interaction standards for typography, spacing, motion, and consistency across core product lines
- Convert complex and ambiguous project parameters into trusted, user-friendly experiences
- Collaborate directly with engineering staff to guarantee visual fidelity during product implementation
- Create and sustain scalable design systems that support growing product portfolios
- Evaluate peer design work to maintain high levels of detail and execution polish
- Communicate design strategy and rationale effectively to executive leadership
