  • Collaborate with data and research teams to analyze funnel metrics, track behavior over time, and iterate based on findings.
  • Drive the end-to-end design process from initial scoping and prototyping to final delivery and ongoing iterations.
  • Translate regulatory and tax-driven rules into clear user flows, content, and interface patterns.
  • Build compelling product narratives to align cross-functional stakeholders around strategic options and tradeoffs.
  • Provide design critique and mentorship to peers while championing the organization's design system.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence to rapidly prototype concepts and generate customer feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in product design, backed by a portfolio showing shipped end-to-end work and measurable impact.
  • Strong command of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for complex workflows.
  • Demonstrated fluency in incorporating artificial intelligence into design practice for prototyping, testing, and shipping.
  • Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous environments and translate unstructured inputs into clear goals.

Qualifications

  • Prior background working in regulated or high-trust sectors such as fintech, taxes, insurance, healthcare, benefits, or retirement.
  • Familiarity with handling content design aspects to clarify complicated concepts.
  • Experience contributing components or patterns to a design system.
