1Password is seeking a Staff Product Manager to direct the platform modernization and enterprise readiness strategy for SaaS Manager, a product that helps organizations track, understand, and govern applications used by employees. Reporting to the Director of Product, SaaS Manager, this position will steer a multi-quarter roadmap encompassing data ingestion, integrations, reliability, administrative experiences, and responsible artificial intelligence capabilities.

This is a remote position open to applicants residing in the United States or Canada. Travel for occasional in-person engagements, such as annual department offsites or team gatherings, may be required.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and execution for platform modernization and enterprise readiness within SaaS Manager
- Conduct discovery sessions with customers, internal stakeholders, and data sources to pinpoint key enterprise workflows and challenges
- Determine the sequencing of capabilities like data ingestion, near-real-time processing, integrations, observability, and administrative experiences
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to evaluate architectural options, outline requirements, and convert complex issues into shippable milestones
- Establish success metrics alongside data partners to gauge reliability, customer adoption, business impact, and product performance
- Harmonize multiple product and engineering groups around dependencies, decisions, delivery risks, and priorities
- Coordinate product launches, market readiness, ongoing iteration, and customer feedback intake
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including end-to-end strategy and roadmap ownership for B2B SaaS products
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data pipelines, platform architecture, and enterprise-scale trade-offs
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-quarter initiatives across product, engineering, design, security, and privacy teams
- Proficiency in product discovery, iterative validation, problem framing, prioritization, and metric measurement
- Clear written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness and readiness to travel for occasional in-person engagements such as offsites or team meetings
Qualifications
- Background in SaaS management, IT asset management, license management, cybersecurity, identity and access management, or similarly complex enterprise products
- Familiarity with third-party SaaS ecosystems, including OAuth, SSO, SCIM, audit logs, or related integration patterns
- Experience with responsible AI-assisted product development
