Job Description
This full-time, on-site program management position centers on getting launches, pricing rollouts and partner integrations for Druva out on schedule. The Staff Program Manager runs the NPI process (new product introduction) from intake through a post-launch review, maps the critical path, and enforces release checkpoints that decide whether a launch can proceed.
The job spans Product, Engineering, go-to-market groups, Finance and Business Systems. A large share of the effort goes into complex pricing changes, including new SKUs, price adjustments, promotional campaigns and entitlement rules, coordinated with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT and Business Systems. The role also manages joint technical and commercial efforts with cloud platform providers, equipment makers and software partners, keeping internal and partner timelines in step.
When teams compete for priority, the manager mediates, recommends a direction when an issue must be escalated, and drives open decisions to resolution. The posting also asks the holder to bring automation and AI tooling into program work where it measurably shortens cycle time, and to build dashboards in Sigma, Looker and Jira that report release pace, pricing accuracy and operating efficiency.
Because colleagues work in many regions, the role defines meeting rhythms and written documentation norms so that everyone stays informed without relying on live calls. Success is judged by launches that go out on their committed dates with no defects. Applicants should bring at least eight years of program management work and familiarity with B2B SaaS release processes.
