Job Description

EvenUp seeks a Staff Revenue Operations Manager to help direct growth planning and analytics for its expanding go-to-market organization. Operating in the vertical SaaS sector, EvenUp utilizes technology and artificial intelligence to assist personal injury victims and lawyers in achieving faster legal settlements and better outcomes. Backed by prominent venture capital firms, the company is rapidly scaling its operations and requires an experienced professional to manage its bottom-up revenue models.

In this position, the selected individual will connect enterprise-wide goals with underlying metrics across sales and go-to-market teams. Key duties involve building annual and quarterly plans, evaluating financial performance, and leading strategic analyses regarding sales capacity, territories, quotas, and resource distribution. The role requires strong quantitative modeling capabilities and the skill to convert complex data into straightforward recommendations for leadership.

The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in revenue planning, strategic finance, sales finance, or revenue operations, ideally within a high-growth business-to-business software environment. This position offers an opportunity to act as a strategic thought partner to functional leaders, helping them test assumptions and prioritize opportunities for revenue optimization as the business evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the bottom-up go-to-market model linking revenue targets to performance drivers such as pipeline, win rates, deal size, quota attainment, sales capacity, ramp time, churn, and expansion
  • Translate company growth objectives into detailed operating assumptions and forecasts
  • Partner with revenue operations and go-to-market leadership to formulate annual and quarterly department plans
  • Lead strategic analyses regarding go-to-market resource structuring, territory design, customer segmentation, quota setting, capacity planning, and sales productivity
  • Analyze actual business performance against established plans to determine variances and project future outcomes
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership by providing insights, testing assumptions, and evaluating investment choices
  • Refine planning methodologies, models, and assumptions in collaboration with finance, data, and other cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Ten or more years of professional experience in revenue planning and analytics, go-to-market strategy, strategic finance, sales finance, revenue operations, or a comparable function
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and owning bottom-up revenue forecasts, sales capacity models, or equivalent operating models
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to construct models from scratch, evaluate scenarios, and interpret large datasets
  • Familiarity with recurring-revenue business drivers and the impact of sales capacity, territory design, segmentation, quotas, and productivity on performance
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and collaborate directly with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-growth business-to-business software or SaaS organization

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for employees and their families
  • Additional insurance coverage options including life, accident, or critical illness
  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term disability, and long-term disability
  • Ten US observed holidays and Canadian statutory holidays by province
  • Home office stipend
  • 401(k) retirement plan for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees
  • Paid parental leave
  • Local in-person meet-up program
