Zoox is seeking a Staff or Senior Staff Supply Chain Program Manager to guide enterprise business application initiatives. The company focuses on building an autonomous vehicle fleet and the infrastructure needed for urban mobility-as-a-service. In this role, the professional will manage comprehensive supply chain transformation programs centered on SAP ERP implementations. The ideal candidate can bridge business and technical domains, direct complex cross-functional roadmaps, and modernize core operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain transformation programs with an emphasis on SAP ERP implementations
- Establish program milestones, roadmaps, dependencies, and success metrics across diverse workstreams
- Drive execution covering planning, logistics, manufacturing, order management, and fulfillment platforms
- Collaborate with finance, product, engineering, and operations departments to deploy integrated systems
- Supervise system integrations between SAP and related enterprise software platforms
- Implement governance protocols encompassing risk management, status reporting, and escalations
- Discover areas for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and automation within supply chain functions
- Facilitate change management and adoption among global stakeholders
Requirements
- Possess at least 15 years of program management experience centered on ERP transformations and supply chain operations
- Demonstrate a history of successfully delivering comprehensive SAP ERP implementations
- Exhibit deep knowledge of supply chain functions including procurement, order-to-cash, manufacturing, logistics, and planning
- Show strong technical fluency regarding enterprise architecture, APIs, and system integrations
- Display advanced communication and stakeholder management capabilities across technical and business groups
Qualifications
- Experience utilizing SAP ecosystem tools such as FSM, IBP, and BRIM
- Background working in high-growth settings with heavy transaction volumes
- Prior exposure to supply chain artificial intelligence and automation projects
