Operating on a hybrid schedule, this position involves developing next-generation purchasing experiences for property and casualty insurance products, such as Workers' Compensation and General Liability, alongside professional employer organization offerings.

Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and test reliable, scalable core Business Insurance products
- Implement innovative AI-powered features for insurance acquisition and servicing
- Rapidly iterate on live functionalities based on performance metrics and user feedback
- Collaborate with product, design, and other partners to shape project scope and end-to-end user experiences
- Mentor peers and elevate team capabilities through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of professional software development background
- At least two years of experience delivering customer-facing products at scale
- AI-native mindset incorporating relevant tools into daily routines
- Proven track record of managing and launching multi-quarter projects independently from conception to completion
- Strong foundation in platform and application engineering, including APIs, services, data flows, and observability
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to diverse audiences
