Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of complex, cross-functional platform features
- Build LLM-integrated workflows, agentic patterns and evaluation pipelines with governance
- Define how the team uses AI tools across code, testing, review and documentation
- Mentor engineers and set standards for code quality, observability and safe AI use
Requirements
- Eight or more years of software engineering with staff-level technical leadership
- Strong Java, JavaScript or related platform language skills plus system design
- Hands-on experience with LLM features, including prompt design, retrieval, evaluation and cost trade-offs
- Working knowledge of agentic architectures and human-in-the-loop controls
Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS and multi-tenant systems
- Experience with ServiceNow development or Flow Designer is a plus
- Experience in workflow automation, approval systems or AI governance is a plus
