Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical programs across various engineering domains and geographic regions
- Align technical strategies with business objectives across Product, Security, and Engineering departments
- Elevate the technical standards for program management throughout the company via collaboration, mentorship, and influence
- Resolve operational problems, eliminate bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and communicate status updates using AI-assisted methods
Requirements
- Over 10 years of professional background in software engineering leadership or technical program management
- Hands-on software development experience with proficiency in programming languages and the capability to take part in architectural reviews
- Extensive practical familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling and a solid grasp of large language model capabilities
- Expert-level understanding of API-first products, modern application engineering, authz/authn, and exposure to MCP
- Demonstrated history of successfully executing large, complex technical rollouts across multiple business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
