Robinhood is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to join the Brokerage technical program management team in New York City or Menlo Park. In this role, the successful candidate will manage end-to-end execution for major brokerage programs affecting millions of customers. Responsibilities include coordinating across multiple departments, resolving blockers, tracking program health, and collaborating closely with operations leadership to produce clear internal and external communications. The employer expects on-site attendance at least three days per week.

Total compensation includes performance-driven bonuses, equity ownership, 401(k) matching, and base salary ranges that vary by geographic zone, such as $191,000 to $225,000 for Zone 1 locations including New York and Menlo Park. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end engineering execution for major cross-functional Brokerage initiatives
  • Act as the primary coordination layer among product, design, engineering, and customer experience groups
  • Collaborate with the operations principal to author clear stakeholder updates and narratives
  • Identify risks and dependencies early while maintaining team accountability to timelines
  • Provide engineering groups with decision support, clarity, and context
  • Track and surface program health metrics to appropriate stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of technical program management experience with independent ownership of large-scale engineering programs
  • Technical familiarity with system design, AWS, and core infrastructure concepts
  • Advanced written communication skills for translating complex technical work into clear updates
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status
