The Strategic Sourcing Lead will head a new global sourcing hub that finds contributors for complex AI projects needing niche or hard-to-locate skills. Those fields include translation and localization, legal, medical, scientific and technical work. The lead defines how the hub operates and builds its team, working with Recruitment and Delivery to design sourcing approaches that span tough specialist hunts through to large-volume ramp-ups. The role also builds ties with production contacts and flags exposure and delivery dates to them.
