This subject matter expert role is on-site in Taguig, Manila for Sutherland's AO clinical claims program. The USRN SME gives clinical guidance on claims processes and medical documentation, supports associates through coaching and floor assistance, and keeps a production caseload that meets quality targets.
Responsibilities
- Give clinical guidance on claims and medical documentation
- Provide floor support and side-by-side coaching
- Support audit activities and corrective action plans
- Help update process documentation and knowledge repositories
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 2-3 years of US healthcare experience in claims, UM or case management
Qualifications
- Healthcare BPO or shared services background preferred
- Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement exposure
- Experience facilitating training sessions
