Bosch is hiring a system architect for cockpit domain controllers on software-defined vehicle platforms. The role covers end-to-end system architecture, functional and physical partitioning, interface definitions and architecture models, and traceability from customer requirements through validation. It also includes architecture reviews, change impact analysis and compliance with standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434. The full-time, on-site position asks for 12 to 15 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end system architecture for embedded automotive and SDV platforms
- Create architecture models, interface specifications and design documentation
- Lead architecture reviews and set technical direction for system, software and hardware teams
- Define communication architecture using CAN, Ethernet, LIN, SOME/IP and DoIP
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of experience in automotive embedded systems architecture
- Expertise in requirements engineering, system decomposition and interface definition
- Knowledge of QNX, Linux, Android Automotive, AUTOSAR Classic or AUTOSAR Adaptive
- Experience in infotainment, digital cockpit, connectivity or ADAS is highly desirable
Qualifications
- BE, B.Tech, M.E or M.Tech degree
- Familiarity with AAOS, hypervisor-based architectures, OTA update architecture and UDS or DoIP diagnostics
- Knowledge of AIS189, AIS190 and UNR155
