The Role As a Talent Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in helping us bring the very best talent to Ro. You will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to help scale our teams and create a seamless candidate experience. You will be an advocate for the Talent Team, providing an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders. You’re a relationship-driven individual with strong communication skills. You truly enjoy working with others. You love to plan, pay close attention to detail, and have excellent organizational and time management skills. You are resourceful. You think on your feet and adapt easily to changing situations. You show initiative and operate with a sense of urgency. This will be a temp 6-month with the potential to extend.

The hourly rate for new hires in this position is $30-$35 paid on a W2. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
