Responsibilities
- Manage podcast guest bookings across the entire network
- Partner with show producers and hosts to secure compelling guests
- Establish reliable communication workflows and regular check-ins with production teams
- Formulate guest strategies tailored to each show voice and editorial priority
- Assist hosts and production teams in preparing for upcoming guest appearances
- Maintain connections between show teams and senior leadership
- Cultivate and manage external relationships with agents, managers, publicists, and studios
- Inform internal and external stakeholders regarding new shows and network launches
Requirements
- Possess at least five years of relevant experience dealing with creators, celebrities, and entertainment industry partners
- Demonstrate a history of securing high-profile guests and forging trusted bonds with talent representatives
- Travel when required for the position
- Work on-site in Los Angeles three to four days per week
