Spotify is seeking a Senior Program Analyst - GTM Ops to join its Sales team in New York. The Revenue Growth division focuses on driving advertiser acquisition and retention at scale by translating data into actionable insights and maintaining reliable go-to-market programs.
This position requires an individual who will own the technical architecture supporting revenue operations. The selected professional will construct team-specific tools, pipelines, and endpoints that power seller-facing dashboards and advertiser tools.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely and attend in-person meetings as needed in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Address data challenges to scale the advertising business and support revenue growth
- Develop and maintain BigQuery pipelines and dbt models for internal tools and seller reporting
- Track pipeline performance, detect issues early, and collaborate with Insights and data engineering groups
- Design dashboards and reports that translate business needs into actionable views for sales personnel
- Collaborate with sales leadership to scope solutions and deliver data supporting decision-making
- Enhance sales processes by providing signals that assist teams in targeting and personalization
- Build and extend data pipelines processing unstructured information through LLMs while validating outputs for BigQuery
Requirements
- Four or more years of professional background in data, reporting, BI engineering, or analytics engineering
- Practical experience with SQL and BigQuery
- Familiarity working with dbt within an existing DAG
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
