This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and operates on a remote basis. The position suits professionals who possess expertise in security systems and want to drive technical growth within a rapidly expanding international company. Responsibilities include consulting with key clients, evaluating customer requirements alongside sales staff, creating system architectures and bills of materials, and assisting with tender submissions. Responsibilities
- Promote product solutions and provide technical consultation and support for key clients
- Analyze customer needs jointly with the sales division

- Design system architectures, bills of materials, and compliance paperwork
- Facilitate proof-of-concept deployments and testing
- Help sales personnel process leads originating from the company portal
- Cultivate long-term connections with key partners

- Verify that solutions comply with regional regulations
- Educate technical personnel at distributor and dealer organizations
- Deliver technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars
- Serve as the escalation contact for difficult technical problems
- Troubleshoot strategic or high-value projects and support enterprise deployments
- Evaluate product features, draft technical documentation, and conduct competitive market research
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a comparable position within access control, home automation, video surveillance, or alarm sectors
- Solid working familiarity with IP CCTV, intrusion, and access control technologies
- Practical background in designing or installing security, fire, intrusion, or video surveillance systems
- Proficiency in English, covering both written and verbal communication
- Willingness to undertake business travel
