Wise is currently hiring a Technical Program Manager to join its newly formed Implementation Management team on-site in Hyderabad. In this position, the professional will independently manage complex, cross-domain projects such as platform migrations, regional product releases, remediation tasks, and partner onboardings. Operating within the Servicing organization, the individual will coordinate closely with external product sectors, driving execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of high-impact, cross-squad projects including core platform migrations, control rollouts, product launches, and partner integrations
- Advise partner teams regarding Wise servicing platform capabilities, integration flows, and limitations
- Translate business and compliance requirements into user stories for implementation engineers
- Engage in hands-on delivery by reading architecture diagrams, running API requests in Postman, and building Looker dashboards
- Collaborate with Business Operations to prepare operational workflows, queue structures, and agent guidance for launches
- Govern the end-to-end program lifecycle by authoring briefs, defining SMART objectives, monitoring risk logs, tracking milestones, and conducting post-implementation reviews
- Document workflows, automate manual tasks, and establish telemetry to scale future execution
Requirements
- Bring at least five years of relevant experience delivering cross-functional technical or operational projects as a Technical Program Manager, Implementation Manager, Technical Consultant, Product Manager, or Fintech Delivery Lead
- Demonstrate systems literacy including the ability to interpret architecture diagrams, test via Postman, and build basic tables or dashboards in Looker or SQL
- Show proficiency in project and program delivery best practices encompassing scoping, brief writing, governance design, and stakeholder reporting
- Possess written and verbal communication skills tailored for product managers, engineers, and business leaders
- Apply pattern recognition to turn unstructured information into standardized frameworks
