As a Technical Services Engineer III, you will sit at the center of technical challenges by mastering the platform capabilities and supporting clients throughout the complete lifecycle.
This on-site role involves designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions across the SaaS platform to guarantee reliability and scalability. You will collaborate directly with client technical and business stakeholders alongside internal groups like Onboarding, Client Success, Product, and Engineering. The position suits an analytical professional who enjoys diagnosing complex technical issues, guiding integrations, and driving resolutions to enhance the user experience after go-live.
Responsibilities
- Master impact.com products, platform features, and upgrades while keeping up with industry developments
- Assist with designing, executing, and maintaining technical integrations for new and current users
- Partner with internal departments like Customer Success and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and post-launch care
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical problems from root cause analysis to resolution and communication
- Handle inbound technical requests via ticketing systems while prioritizing tasks efficiently
- Spot recurring issues and report trends and risks to management and cross-functional teams
- Produce and update integration guides, help content, technical documentation, and training materials
- Build and scope internal reports or tools to streamline troubleshooting and aid other teams
Requirements
- Experience in a technology-focused role at a digital marketing or tech-driven company, ideally customer-facing
- Familiarity with designing, executing, and supporting client solutions on SaaS platforms
- Proficiency with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and FTP
- Capability to analyze data and logs for troubleshooting, including writing SQL queries
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for complex technical obstacles
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences
