Responsibilities
- Run routine and non-routine analyses on LECO, ICP, XRF, AAS and wet chemistry equipment
- Record and check instrument data, calibration and repairs
- Keep turnaround times and plan work for operators
- Support method validation under senior instrumentation staff
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience
- Operational experience in a SANAS 17025 accredited facility
- Experience with LIMS, fire assay and sample preparation procedures
- Willing to work shifts and overtime
Qualifications
- Matriculation with mathematics and science
