Bosch is looking for a test engineer in Bengaluru to build and run hardware-in-the-loop test benches for body control module software. The job covers writing VTestStudio test scripts, setting up and maintaining Vector VT System benches, running manual and automated tests, and logging defects. It is a full-time, on-site role that asks for 3 to 6 years of automotive verification and validation experience.
Responsibilities
- Write test scripts in VTestStudio
- Design, set up, maintain and troubleshoot the Vector VT System component test bench
- Run manual and automated tests, analyze results and log defects
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of automotive verification and validation, including functional testing
- Strong knowledge of Vector CANoe, VT System, VT Studio and the Vector tool chain
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN and UDS (ISO 14229) diagnostics
- CAPL scripting and hands-on electronics lab debugging skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical and electronics, EEE or computer science is preferred
- Knowledge of DOORS, JIRA and Git
- ISTQB basic certification is preferred
- Automotive Ethernet knowledge is a plus
