This pooled Manila role trains staff supporting an AO clinical claims program at Sutherland. The trainer designs and delivers new-hire, cross-training and refresher sessions, develops training materials, tracks learner progress, and works with operations and quality teams on performance gaps.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate new-hire, cross-training and refresher programs
- Develop lesson plans, facilitator guides and assessments
- Monitor trainee progress and recommend learning interventions
- Maintain training records and audit-ready documentation
Requirements
- Active US RN license, unrestricted, and NCLEX passer
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years of recent clinical experience
- At least 1 year in training, coaching or learning and development
Qualifications
- Train-the-Trainer, instructional design or L&D certification preferred
- Experience with e-learning development and LMS platforms
- Experience supporting disability or group benefits accounts
