360Learning is seeking a Trilingual Trainer EMEA to join their Professional Services team. The company provides a collaborative learning platform that enables organizations to upskill internally by turning experts into training champions. In this remote position, the selected candidate will serve as a pedagogical and software expert, helping clients build collaborative learning organizations and master the methodology behind the software.
The role involves managing the One-to-Many offer, which includes Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars, to ensure clients gain confidence and long-term engagement from day one. Responsibilities evolve over the first year, progressing from platform mastery and webinar shadowing to hosting sessions, updating training catalogs, and eventually mentoring new trainers. This position is suited for professionals with strong communication and teaching abilities who thrive in a results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Master the core user experience of the platform and the collaborative learning methodology within the first month
- Host Stadium webinars and gather peer feedback to drive user engagement
- Update the Engagement Academy to align with recent product releases
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base on Confluence regarding platform usage and client engagement
- Analyze Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores to iterate on the training catalog
- Participate in discovery meetings with product managers to share insights on client software adoption
- Mentor and onboard incoming trainers after the first year
Requirements
- Possess at least three years of professional experience as a trainer or in client-facing customer success and care roles
- Demonstrate flawless spelling, grammar, and writing skills across different styles in German, English, and French
- Exhibit strong listening, teaching, and clear communication abilities in both written and verbal formats
- Maintain a proactive approach and a preference for a results-oriented work culture
