Bosch is hiring a UI designer in Bengaluru to turn validated user research and business requirements into intuitive, scalable and consistent interfaces. The role spans research, ideation, prototyping, design handover and implementation reviews, with a focus on complex enterprise B2B applications and shared design systems. Expert Figma skills are required. The position is full-time and on-site for 5 to 9 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Translate user needs and business requirements into scalable UI designs
- Build prototypes, documentation and design specifications
- Maintain a consistent, brand-compliant design language across products
- Work with development teams on design handovers and implementation reviews
Requirements
- 5 to 9 years of experience
- Expert-level Figma skills, including auto layout, components, variants, variables and shared libraries
- Experience with design systems and shared coded web components
- Excellent written and spoken English
Qualifications
- Experience designing complex enterprise or B2B applications is highly desirable
- Familiarity with AI-supported design tools such as Figma Make is useful
- Experience in agile product teams is a plus
