Bosch is hiring a Validation & reliability Engineer to work on-site in Bengaluru. This full-time position focuses on proving business unit specific product reliability and establishing product life cycles according to established standards. The role suits an adaptable, team-oriented professional with a strong focus on projects and customers who can successfully execute validation plans and participate in sample investigations.
The job involves generating design validation plans that match customer needs and product requirements, finishing validation activities on schedule, and working alongside point-of-reference experts. Responsibilities include handling process validation plans for series activities such as engineering change requests, relocations, and localized child parts. The position also requires implementing smart testing procedures to improve cost efficiency and timeframes, as well as aligning with customer validation plans and supporting field or customer premises sample investigations during the project development phase.
Responsibilities
- Develop design validation plans based on customer needs, product design specifications, and established guidelines
- Complete validation plans on time in coordination with point-of-reference experts
- Create and execute process validation plans for series activities, including relocations, engineering change requests, and child part localization
- Implement smart testing methods to achieve cost and time effectiveness
- Align and execute customer validation plans through to completion
- Investigate samples at customer locations or field sites during the project development phase
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product validation and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in teams
- Flexibility, agility, and high customer and project orientation
Qualifications
- Master degree in engineering
