Responsibilities
- Design innovative wellness programs and interventions to encourage healthy lifestyle choices
- Establish a community of wellness champions and first aiders
- Evaluate program quality and effectiveness using data analytics
- Conduct training sessions on resilience, stress management, nutrition, fitness, and work-life balance
- Run sessions for people leaders to help them support employee wellbeing
- Administer surveys to collect employee feedback and analyze the results
- Report on wellness program implementation and performance to stakeholders
- Partner with external vendors to provide high-quality services
- Conduct risk analyses and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Graduate degree, diploma, or higher in clinical psychology, counseling, health psychology, or a related health field, or relevant experience leading the function
- Qualification as a counsellor or psychotherapist
- Willingness to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga
- Compliance with company policies, labor health and safety rules, and the employee handbook
