Bosch seeks a 2WP Senior Hardware Module Developer to join its team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site position focuses on designing and analyzing hardware circuits, selecting components, and managing electronic bills of materials. The role suits experienced engineers who can coordinate testing, manage stakeholder relationships across multiple departments, and support production processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design hardware circuits while interpreting customer specifications
- Evaluate component and product compatibility alongside electronic bill of materials creation
- Oversee reliability and electromagnetic compatibility testing
- Draft test reports and technical documentation for clients
- Communicate with manufacturing facilities regarding production support
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and validation departments
- Handle original equipment manufacturer inquiries and interact with suppliers, sales teams, and customers
Requirements
- Familiarity with digital, analog, and power electronics design
- Ability to perform electronic component assessments, compatibility checks, and design calculations
- Understanding of embedded systems, printed circuit board layouts, and product mechanical considerations
- Practical experience using laboratory equipment and protocols such as Ethernet, LIN, and CAN
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes for electronic products
- Experience managing stakeholders and interacting with original equipment manufacturers
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Engineering, or Master of Technology in Electronics
- Seven to eleven years of relevant professional experience
