The company is currently hiring an Admin and Onboarding Associate for a contract position based in Lipa.
In this role, the selected individual will drive fleet expansion by bringing in new drivers, managing the application verification process, and facilitating active driver activation. Responsibilities include organizing recruitment pop-up events, running acquisition campaigns via flyers and social media advertisements, monitoring recruitment funnels, and tracking key metrics such as conversion rates and time-to-activation. The Associate will review driver documents, process applications, handle PA/CPC applications, and maintain accurate onboarding databases while flagging incomplete files.
This opportunity is well-suited for professionals with a background in operations or candidate onboarding who possess strong data analysis and process documentation skills. The contract duration is specified as six months.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee driver acquisition initiatives including social media advertisements and printed flyers
- Track acquisition funnel performance to identify new leads and drop-off points
- Plan and host driver recruitment events and pop-up activations
- Provide reports on growth trends and acquisition numbers to the Operations Lead
- Examine and verify driver documentation such as licenses, insurance, and background checks
- Process new driver applications and update internal onboarding tracking tools
- Verify that all applicants satisfy internal guidelines and regulatory standards
- Handle the PA/CPC application procedure
- Identify non-compliant applications and escalate incomplete verifications
- Contact applicants stuck in the onboarding process with reminders
- Monitor funnel metrics to decrease drop-off rates and improve time-to-activation
- Keep an organized database of successfully onboarded drivers
- Fulfill targets and key objectives set by the Immediate Superior and take on additional related duties as needed
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in operations, vendor onboarding, or candidate onboarding
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications
- Competency in data analysis, reporting, and process mapping or documentation
- Possession of a valid Professional Driver's License
- Comfortable driving 4-wheel vehicles
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
