  • Evangelize internal wins and build case studies to demonstrate the practical capabilities of artificial intelligence
  • Convene AI key result owners, maintain operating cadences, and resolve blockers or vendor delays

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a closely adjacent discipline
  • Proven track record of shipping AI-powered workflows and processes that measurably change team operations
  • Hands-on daily experience utilizing frontier AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4o, or Gemini to produce reliable output at scale
  • Demonstrated experience building agentic systems, including multi-agent design, orchestration layers, and autonomous workflows
  • Strong communication skills capable of conveying technical projects to audiences from individual contributors to the CMO level
  • Ability to exercise prioritization discipline and decline low-value or unsuitable AI requests
  • Permanent location within Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia

Qualifications

  • Established frameworks for rapidly evaluating AI vendors and tools through comparison pilots and structured decision-making
