Job Description
Cresta offers an AI platform for customer experience that blends conversational AI agents, real-time coaching for human agents, and analytics across customer conversations. Airlines, telecom providers and hotel chains are among the brands it names as users. This full-time remote job is an AI Success Manager who helps Fortune 500 clients turn AI tools into adoption and measurable gains.
The role combines consulting, product fluency and account ownership. Managers guide clients on getting value from features, step in personally for tasks such as prompt writing, workflow building or rule tuning, and work with executives, operations leaders, technical staff and contact-center agents. Building success frameworks and steering process change are central. The manager tracks health across a book of accounts, including renewals and risk, holds periodic business reviews, and runs project management on priorities. Expect around a quarter of time traveling, across multiple time zones.
Applicants should bring roughly two to seven or more years in management consulting, client-facing strategy or execution roles, or similar work. SaaS experience helps but is not required. The ideal person thinks in frameworks, links technical features to business outcomes, works comfortably with data and AI tools without being an engineer, communicates well with executives, and is energized by how AI will change customer operations over the next couple of years.
On-target earnings run from $130,000 to $215,000, plus equity, with bonus eligibility; exact pay depends on location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental and vision cover, flexible time off, paid parental leave, a retirement savings plan, a home-office setup budget and a monthly wellness and communication stipend.
