Job Description
Cresta is hiring a GTM Strategy and Operations Manager to run operations and analytics for its EMEA region, a full-time remote position. Cresta offers conversational AI agents, live assistance for human agents and conversation intelligence, and EMEA is one of its fastest-growing markets. Partnering tightly with regional sales heads, the manager converts figures into choices, keeps the business's routine cadence running, and removes obstacles that hold reps back.
On strategy, the manager helps shape go-to-market plans for EMEA. That covers deciding which countries and sectors to prioritise, designing coverage models, and building plays for specific segments. The job includes carving up territories and rebalancing them over time so coverage matches growth targets and accounts are divided fairly. The manager also leads regional planning for capacity, headcount and targets on an annual and quarterly basis.
The operating calendar is the manager's to run, covering weekly forecast meetings, deal-flow check-ins and quarterly performance reviews. Forecast accuracy and pipeline health are owned end to end, with slippage and coverage gaps raised early. The manager provides the data, storyline and recommendations leadership receives, and analyses sales productivity and pipeline movement to build account-prioritisation frameworks and track KPIs.
Hands-on execution includes account transfers, CRM updates and data management, held to a strict standard of integrity. The manager coordinates with central revenue operations on new processes and tooling, and offers time-zone coverage for urgent regional problems.
A strong fit brings five-plus years across revenue ops, sales ops, go-to-market planning, consulting or corporate strategy, ideally with a B2B software or enterprise technology employer. Salesforce is required, along with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker and AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT. Helpful extras include scaling a go-to-market team through high growth, SQL, experience across several EMEA countries, and familiarity with usage-based pricing.
