Job Description
Dialpad is seeking an AI Transformation Architect to join its team on-site. Dialpad operates an AI platform designed for customer experience, uniting AI and human agents on a single platform to resolve issues across voice and digital channels. This position suits an experienced, customer-facing technical professional who can bridge complex business problems with validated Agentic AI solutions during presales motions.
In this capacity, you will embed within key strategic accounts to speed up AI adoption and value realization. You will act as a technical business consultant and trusted AI architect, engaging directly with operational leaders, sales teams, and engineering groups. Key duties involve conducting strategic workshops, handling proof-of-concept projects, mapping out enterprise integrations, and feeding field insights back to the core product teams to shape development roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer stakeholders and operational leaders to discover complex business problems and translate them into Agentic AI solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success during pre-sales evaluations as the primary technical authority
- Lead strategic AI workshops and Proofs of Concept to establish technical validation
- Gather field feedback, customer pain points, and integration patterns to share with core Product and Engineering teams
- Navigate enterprise infrastructure environments to scope integration feasibility and prototype custom data connectors, orchestration logic, and full-stack systems
- Advise on multi-agent systems, fine-tuned models, multi-step prompts, retrieval pipelines, and decision logic that connect with CRMs, ERPs, and custom APIs
Requirements
- At least 4 years of background in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, high-touch Sales Engineering, or AI Architecture
- Demonstrable expertise in modern AI and machine learning stacks, including large language models, generative AI concepts, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript alongside hands-on practice with LLM frameworks
- Ability to communicate technical details and trade-offs to engineering teams and non-technical executives
