Dialpad is seeking a Sr. Business Value Consultant, Agentic AI to join its team on-site. Dialpad operates an AI platform designed for customer experience, helping organizations resolve issues in real time through voice and digital interactions supported by human and AI agents.

In this role, the successful candidate will help strategic clients translate complex artificial intelligence deployments into measurable business outcomes. This hybrid position blends strategy, analytics, and client-facing responsibilities to connect pre-sale promises with post-launch data. Daily duties involve establishing performance baselines, defining key metrics, building ROI and financial models, designing executive-level dashboards, and guiding clients through value reviews.

This opportunity suits professionals with an analytical mindset and enterprise-facing background who can comfortably converse with financial leaders and operational teams alike. The ideal applicant will manage multiple strategic accounts, investigate data anomalies, partner closely with cross-functional internal teams, and ensure that deployments deliver clear, defensible value.

Responsibilities

Join discovery workshops to evaluate current workflows, operational pain points, and high-impact automation opportunities
Convert customer goals and contractual commitments into structured measurement and tracking plans
Design financial and operational models including ROI, total cost of ownership, adoption rates, and risk reduction
Partner with engineering, product, finance, and client success groups to link data sources and establish reporting requirements prior to launch
Construct customer value management dashboards and scorecards to transform complex data into actionable insights
Deliver executive readouts and value discussions highlighting progress, assumptions, risks, and recommendations

Requirements

Minimum of six years of professional experience in management consulting, value engineering, strategic finance, business operations, customer analytics, or a related enterprise software role
Proven ability to build financial business cases that withstand scrutiny from executive leadership and CFOs
Experience translating ambiguous business objectives into clear operating plans, metrics, and baselines
Background in conducting customer discovery, workflow analysis, or business-process mapping
Working familiarity with product metrics, pricing data, usage logs, billing information, and financial modeling
Proficiency in spreadsheets alongside at least one analytics, business intelligence, or data-querying platform
