Dialpad is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its team on-site, with a requirement to work United States hours. In this role, you will serve as a technical subject-matter expert, guiding clients from their initial setup call onward to guarantee they are prepared on day one. You will consult on technical solutions, support customer implementations, and report directly to the Manager of Solution Architect.

Responsibilities
- Design and configure contact center call flows to ensure accurate reporting and integration with business systems
- Partner with clients to understand operational goals and adjust Dialpad systems for optimal analytics, automation, and call handling
- Provision and configure desk phones while recommending efficient setup practices
- Direct deployment processes, overseeing system configurations, integrations, and call flow layouts
- Troubleshoot issues and identify software bugs during deployment phases to limit disruption for end users
- Analyze and refine workflows to discover efficiency improvements
- Execute change management and risk analysis to promote timely project delivery
- Lead video conferencing sessions to advise clients on implementation and best practices
Requirements
- Must be able to work US hours
- Demonstrated experience implementing UCaaS and CCaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of modern cloud communications platforms such as Office 365 and Google G-Suite
- Familiarity with Business VoIP Telephony Services in SaaS or on-premise environments
- Knowledge of VoIP technologies and CODECs including WebRTC, SIP, G.711, G.729, G.722, OPUS, H.264, VP8, and VP9
- Knowledge of network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless gear, along with WAN technologies like MPLS, VPLS, and SD-WAN
- Familiarity with public and private cloud data center technologies
- Understanding of enterprise service delivery software components such as databases, web servers, application servers, and web services
