Swiggy is seeking an Assistant Manager - Storefront for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. This role focuses on owning the end-to-end execution quality for the Instamart Homepage, managing campaigns across all time slots and types.
The person in this role will build and maintain the configuration execution calendar, translating merchandising strategies into structured, error-free plans. Duties include acting as the single source of truth for all live campaigns, serving as the primary interface between the Storefront Merchandising team and Config, and defining strict standard operating procedures for the entire campaign lifecycle.
Furthermore, the Assistant Manager will lead team Key Result Area calibrations, maintain complete visibility over task allocation, and drive process enhancements to minimize manual effort and response times.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution quality for the Instamart Homepage across all campaign types and time slots
- Develop and update the configuration execution calendar based on merchandising strategies
- Act as the primary contact between the Storefront Merchandising team and Config
- Establish and oversee standard operating procedures covering the entire campaign lifecycle
- Direct calibration sessions for team Key Result Areas and address underperformance promptly
- Track all task allocations across shifts to maintain complete operational transparency
- Identify and implement tooling and process improvements to cut down response times and manual errors
