Responsibilities

Requirements
- Ten or more years of professional legal background focusing extensively on digital advertising
- Familiarity with technical advertising infrastructure, information flows, and data systems
- Working knowledge of privacy laws including GDPR, U.S. State Privacy Legislation, and self-regulatory regimes like IAB and NAI
- Understanding of statutory regimes impacting advertising platforms such as the EU AI Act and DSA
- Juris Doctor degree along with an active registration in a U.S. state bar or authorization to register as in-house counsel
Qualifications
- Prior background functioning as advertising product counsel within a user-generated content platform environment
- Direct history advising on the creation of artificial intelligence features tailored for advertising
