Job Description

Reddit operates a large-scale online platform centered on user-generated communities, discussions, and shared interests. The company is currently hiring a Group Product Manager to oversee its Finance SaaS technology portfolio, encompassing core systems for treasury, financial planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity management.

This position functions as a player-coach role. The incumbent will manage and mentor a small team of SaaS product managers while retaining direct product ownership over a specific application subset. Serving as a primary orchestration layer for finance and AI transformation initiatives, the role requires guiding senior leadership, setting multi-quarter roadmaps, and steering build-versus-buy strategies. The ideal candidate enjoys bridging business and technical domains, driving intelligent automation, and maintaining hands-on involvement with software systems.

  • Direct and mentor a team of SaaS product managers overseeing specific finance domains such as procure-to-pay and record-to-report.
  • Serve as a player-coach by retaining direct ownership of a specific group of applications, managing releases, and running intake.
  • Lead finance transformation efforts focused on AI-enabled workflows, close automation, anomaly detection, and approval copilots.
  • Partner closely with enterprise architecture and engineering teams to integrate systems and deliver technical requirements.
  • Evaluate system performance, manage software vendor spend, track license utilization, and oversee contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal finance stakeholders including FP&A, accounting, revenue, and payroll teams to capture requirements and surface system improvements.
  • Support merger and acquisition activities through systems due diligence, gap analysis, and integration sequencing.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in product management, business systems, finance systems, or finance transformation.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience.
  • Demonstrated portfolio ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across domains such as ERP, EPM, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, or payroll.
  • Proven track record of building and running product operating models including roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and release management.
  • Experience in vendor management covering software selection, contract renewals, and SLA enforcement.
  • Knowledge of financial controls, audit readiness, data quality, and SOX compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working at a high-growth public technology company.
  • Familiarity with Reddit's existing finance technology stack including NetSuite, Workato, Adaptive, Zip, Coupa, Ramp, Workday, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms and transformation initiatives spanning quote-to-cash or procure-to-pay workflows.
  • Prior background supporting merger and acquisition workstreams such as diligence, integration, and cutover.
