Job Description
Salla is hiring an Associate Product Manager through its Tamheer program. The person joins a product squad building a modern SaaS platform used by a large and varied customer base. The work is practical and execution-focused, giving early-career staff direct contact with real product challenges and delivery cycles.
The associate helps with product discovery by surfacing user insights, drafts product requirements and documents scoped work, and contributes to flows, usability and edge-case decisions with designers. Clarifying requirements with engineers and supporting delivery is central, along with testing, release readiness and follow-up after launch. The associate also helps track results, spots where a feature should be iterated, and keeps communication and documentation clear for all stakeholders.
Suited to candidates with up to two years in consulting, analytics, design, engineering or product, or a neighboring tech area. Quick learning, structured thinking and taking ownership from start to finish are expected. Applicants must qualify for the Tamheer Program and must not have been registered with GOSI during the previous six months. The listing is on-site.

Requirements

- Clear writing and an ability to explain reasoning
- Eligibility for the Tamheer Program with no GOSI registration in the last six months
