GitLab is looking for an Associate Renewals Manager to join its team in India on a full-time basis. In this role, you will handle an assigned portfolio of customer renewals from start to finish, working to maintain and grow revenue while developing the skills needed to manage more advanced accounts. GitLab provides an intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, trusted by over 50 million registered users and more than half of the Fortune 100 to ship secure software efficiently. This individual contributor position focuses on tactical, timely execution rather than strategic decision-making, operating under the direction of senior colleagues and managers.
The successful candidate will engage in consultative customer conversations, spot expansion avenues, handle documentation accurately, and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams. Team members at GitLab incorporate AI into their daily workflows as a core productivity multiplier. The position requires working across ANZ and Asia time zones with full working rights in India.
Responsibilities
- Manage a designated portfolio of customer renewals to drive on-time closure
- Conduct consultative conversations with clients regarding product usage and future needs
- Identify and surface expansion opportunities such as additional seats, tiers, or modules
- Prepare and deliver renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule
- Analyze renewal data including usage trends and contract terms, escalating risks as needed
- Communicate renewal terms clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve blockers
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM and renewals system for forecasting and reporting
Requirements
